What is LEAD360?
LEAD360 is an online learning community that is designed to help you grow as a disciple and leader. LEAD360 provides a simple path to help you become better equipped to fulfill God’s calling in your place of ministry. Courses are offered through churches and or associations called LEAD360 centers. Two foundational cycles are offered in Spiritual Formation and Biblical Foundations. Each cycle consists of nine courses with each course made up of eight one hour presentations. Students will be connected with a facilitator or mentor to process the content presented.
Our Vision
The vision of LEAD360 is to see a movement of leaders who are equipped and discipled to start churches and minister in existing churches by providing training opportunities that can be accessible at anytime from anywhere by a leader at any level.
Our Purpose
The Canadian National Baptist Convention, in conjunction with the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary & College seeks to partner with local churches and associations to make disciples and equip leaders who will Share Christ, Strengthen and Start Churches, and live a life on mission with Christ.
